Modifying your trip
Changes can be made to your reservation subject to availability at least one day in advance without any extra charge. There is a $5 fee per person for modifications made less than one day in advance. The management, at its discretion can waive this fee.
Cancellation policy
There is a $10 cancellation fee per person if the reservation is cancelled for any reason. The cancellation fee will be $20 per person if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued if the passenger does not cancel and does not show up on time.
Flight delays
We understand that interruptions in your travel plans is out of your control. As a courtesy to our passengers we can reschedule your trip to the next "available" trip provided that you contact us and give us adequate notice time. There are hotels in Atlanta Airport that give our passengers a discounted rate provided that they receive notification from us.
If your flight is delayed and you expect to miss your trip, call immediately to cancel or to reschedule your trip. Corresponding fees will be applied.
