Early & Late flights

Important Check-in information

Passengers need to check-in 15 minutes before our scheduled departure time. Sorry, we are not able to wait for late passengers.

For flying out of Atlanta Airport allow yourself enough time to check-in for your airline and for security requirements. Check with your airline for their recommendation.

For flying into Atlanta Airport allow more time for possible flight delays. International passengers need more time for customs and immigration requirements. Our parking time in the Ground transportation is limited to 15 minutes only. We ask our passengers to wait for us at that location 15 minutes before departure time. Please call our customer service at 1-866-640-RIDE(7433) or 706-860-9809 to inform us that you are in the ground transportation waiting for our van or if you can not locate our van or if you have other questions.
